Report security issues
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email info@huberway.com with the subject "Security Disclosure". Include affected URLs, steps to reproduce, impact, screenshots or logs where safe, and your contact details.
Guidelines
- Test only against accounts, data, and systems you are authorized to use.
- Do not access, modify, exfiltrate, delete, or disclose data that is not yours.
- Do not perform denial-of-service, social engineering, phishing, spam, physical attacks, or destructive testing.
- Give Huberway reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure.
- Stop testing and notify us immediately if you encounter personal data or sensitive information.
Scope
In-scope systems may include public Huberway websites and product surfaces controlled by Huberway LLC. Third-party services, customer-managed systems, and unrelated domains are out of scope unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
No bounty commitment
This policy does not create a bug bounty program or payment obligation. Recognition or rewards, if any, are at Huberway discretion.
